Graham Gill
With nearly 40 years experience in all forms of theatrical entertainment, I am able to provide a range of services vital to delivering first class productions across the live events and entertainment sector.
On graduating as an actor, I quickly found myself immersed in Musical Theatre, rapidly crossing the footlights early on in my career to become the first Resident Director of Les Misérables at the Palace Theatre in London’s West End in 1986.
In the following years I would continue working for Sir Cameron Mackintosh, as well as other high profile theatrical impresarios, as an Associate Director assigned to a number of UK and international productions.

At the beginning of the millennium I was appointed Associate Artistic Director of the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing ceremonies, a position I was incredibly proud of, given I was now part of the creative team responsible for delivering a hugely important event in my home town.
As part of the many responsibilities of the role, I created, developed and managed a working ‘show script’ that documented all of the evolving narrative, choreographic and technical details of the show at any given moment, and which was regularly updated and distributed to all production departments as their main point of reference.
Thus began my journey and involvement with some of the most talented creative teams and collaborators in the world on Olympic and Commonwealth Ceremonies and large scale live events.
